Khloé Kardashian is pretty vocal about her love of working out.

Here are four of her genius tips for staying active:

1. Work out with coconut oil in your hair to condition while you exercise.

And use a bandanna to prevent mishaps. “I’m obsessed with tying my hair back in a bandanna for the gym, because I usually have coconut oil in my hair as a leave-in conditioner and don’t want it dripping down my face,” she says on her app.

2. Can’t make it to the gym? Use resistance bands at home.
