There are a number of reasons why we gain weight. Sometimes it’s a result of stress, or bad eating, not sleeping enough, being too sedentary, environmental pollutants, or hormone imbalances. Whatever the reason, it can be tough to kick that stubborn belly fat. Consider trying my morning trick for losing weight.
Immediately after waking up, I drink a full, 20 ounce glass of water. I don’t slam it. Usually I’ll drink it over the course of 5 or 10 minutes. After that, I take this homemade weight loss elixir.
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 organic lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon of raw apple cider. I use Bragg’s
- 1 teaspoon of raw, organic honey harvested locally
- 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
Simply mix all the ingredients together and drink. After that, give yourself another 30 minutes before breakfast. I usually take another glass of water before breakfast.
